200 words. Had my regularly occurring board game night, which cut into some evening time. I’m writing this the day after so my memory’s a little hazy—oh yeah! Started putting more of MIDNIGHT onto my private queue on CC, as there’s been a few regular critters who seem to enjoy the story so far. The private area means that they don’t get credits for critiquing and I don’t pay credits for posting, so it’s based purely on goodwill. The other advantage is that there’s no time limit (max in public queues is one story per week), so I don’t have to wait forever to get a “beta-read” version of the story published.
