New short

With all current stories drafted, and only a large seas of plotting in my future, I found I needed to crank out a Reddit writing prompt story in order to ensure I wrote something today.

In 808 words (in an hour or less, it came quickly!) I wrote Blueprints.

Also added individual pages for the Hunting Midnight episodes with the intent to fill them out with longer author notes, and received my first printed copies of Childseeker in the mail! Print quality is so-so, but it’s the first novel length publication of my own that I’ve held in my hand and it felt pretty sweet. Some adjustments needed, especially the damn recto-verso formatting which seems to not be available in the PC version of Scrivener… grrr.

In English, this means the words on the pages tend to get sucked close to the spine so you really have to crank open the book to read them. No pretty way to deal with this on the PC (as far as I know) unless you want weird ass margins. Evidently doable on the Mac, which is baffling, but dems the strokes, until I find a better program I guess.
