The zippy writing energy from the past two days has faded. I still have a potent desire to crank stuff out or work on the platform stuff (and I did do a bunch of small things today like add Author Notes to some pieces and build a simple “New Releases” page), but I can feel my body (mental and physical) needing some chill time.
Beer and poor nutrition last night probably didn’t help, plus I’ve been terrible at exercise for a gross amount of time, all of which chips away at the energy stores. It is soon time to tackle the fitness/diet habit at a higher level! I was “good” at it 9.5 months out of 12 in 2017, so it’s not some unattainable thing.
